Qortein is an Israeli based company founded by Gal Admati, CEO, an experienced multi-disciplinary scientific manager, with a successful track record growing from R&D to global commercialization. With us are Alon Bornstein, R&D Manager, a dedicated food technologist with nine years of experience in startup environments. project management and driving the development of production processes and final products, Prof. Shachar

Richter, Principal Researcher, Department of Materials Science and Engineering& Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Tel Aviv University and last but not least, our foody advisor, Itay Dana, a dynamic, seasoned business development and marketing executive with a strong scientific foundation in food engineering and biotechnology with over 15 years of experience in the food, supplement, agro-tech, cosmetic and life sciences industries.
